Eric A. Ristau

Eric A. Ristau is a Shareholder of the firm, concentrating his practice in the areas of creditor’s rights and collections, real estate, and estate planning. He enjoys representing a wide array of clients, including local financial institutions, businesses, and individuals. Eric is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Western District Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the Bankruptcy, Insolvency, and Creditors’ Rights Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Outside of the office Eric enjoys cooking, running, playing pickleball, and volunteering. Eric lives in DeForest with his fiancé and their rescue dog.
